Adina Pierce, Founder & Booking Agent
Adina Pierce is a successful booking agent at BTown Entertainment. Out of a desire to promote community talent, Adina founded BTown Entertainment in 2018 to showcase local Kern County artists and venues. As the lead booking agent in Kern County, Adina is responsible for putting many of Kern County’s local entertainment in front of the public.
Growing up, Adina was surrounded by her musically talented family. Her father, William Pierce, is a reputable bass player and successful entrepreneur in the music industry. As his number one fan, Adina was exposed to the business side of the music industry from a young age.
Adina has extensive experience working for Orbit Productions, Adina Records, and Fish Entertainment. With a desire to be a leader in the industry, Adina went on to graduate from California State University with a degree in Business Administration. Today, she brings over 15 years of experience and expertise as she pursues and identifies new business opportunities for Kern County talent.
With a keen ear, Adina is brilliant at matching the most fitting talent with local venues and events. Always ambitious, she remains passionate about providing diverse talent throughout Kern County.
